Restored Creations

The Story of Restored Creations:

Restored Creations the social enterprise of Wheeler Mission’s Center for Women and Children in Indianapolis, IN that provides a therapeutic outlet while empowering women to develop and practice transferable skills needed to obtain and maintain gainful employment.  The enterprise is run by women who have survived homelessness, addictions, and brokenness. Each handcrafted item tells the story of our own restoration.

The Story Behind Our Logo:

Logos tell stories of the companies they represent. We longed for our logo to tell the story of Jesus and what he has done for us.  Each one of us was caged by the bondage of sin (Romans 3:23). Christ redeemed and restored us through his sacrifice on the Cross which unlocked our cage of sin (Romans 3:24). Like birds in flight, we are free! Our freedom is not for selfish gain but a calling given to us so that we can love and serve God by serving others (Galatians 5:13).

You can purchase RC products on the 6th floor of Wheeler’s Center for Women & Children (3208 E. Michigan Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46201).

We are also proud partners with Market Wagon, an online farmer’s market (https://indianapolis.marketwagon.com/vendors/?id=1250).

You can also purchase our products at our wonderful retail and church partners: Gratitude Boutique (Fishers), Rustic Root (Beach Grove), Capstone Bookstore (Northview Church, Carmel), Urban Euphoria & Spa (Greenwood), ReNeu Beauty (Greenwood), GCMA (Greenwood Christian Martial Arts Academy, Boomerang Boutique (Mass Ave), Wheeler Mission Thrift Store, Second Stories (McCordsville), Laynee’s Boutique (Avon), Gray Roads Baptist Church, Grace Church Bookstore (Carmel), Project Lia, Gracepoint Church (Whiteland), Southern Food Services (DFAS, Lawrence), Wildwood Market & Blooms (Fountain Square), Gaither Music Resource Center (Alexandria), and Consider the Lilies Boutique (Dyer).

We are located just north of Bloomington, Indiana on the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center campus. We produce pallets, cut hardwood stock, and perform custom sawing. We also sell sawdust and mulch and provide wood product heat treating services!

Wheeler Mission Pallets & Industry is a program business and social enterprise created specifically to support the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center. Men in program spend part of each day developing a positive work ethic, while creating revenue to partially offset the costs of running the training programs. Our goal is to provide excellent work training so that men become productive members of society, living a life pleasing to God and supporting one’s family while providing our customers with superior hardwood pallets and logistical products.

Our company is unique in that our primary product is really changed lives!  Along the way, we produce custom pallets to spec for distribution companies used to ship across the nation as well as serving the needs of local companies from our community meeting their job specific needs. We produce and meet deadlines with demanding specifications while restoring men to health and wholeness through the power of Jesus Christ.  The work the men do helps insure that the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center will continue to exist to meet the needs of others seeking to be free from a life of addiction.

Volunteers are needed at all different areas of the Mission.

We need your financial support to keep touching lives in Indiana.

Our men’s and women’s facilities have urgent needs for clothing and food.
