Child Care Workers
Our Center for Women & Children in Indianapolis is looking for full-time and part-time child care workers. These positions are responsible for caring for the children in our Children’s Ministry and promoting their social, emotional, spiritual, and physical development. Meeting daily needs, providing educational support, and creating a fun and supportive learning environment are integral pieces of these positions. Full-time hours are 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Two part-time positions are open. Bloomington Area Positions
This part-time position is responsible for providing support to our three Bloomington facilities and occasionally assisting in project roll-outs in Indianapolis. Requirements include Desktop User support, Network support, as well as assisting and maintaining Wheeler Security Camera networks. Our Pallets & Industry in Bloomington is looking for two shop foremen. This position is responsible for ensuring that the internal shop operations at Wheeler Mission Pallets & Industry are able to support the demands of the production of product for customers. This will include machines maintenance, yard and inventory management, assembly station staging, machine adjustments, helping to oversee students in the work training program, ensuring safe and efficient product flow, and other tasks as assigned. Hours are mostly Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., but evening, weekend, and holiday overtime work may be required as job duties demand. Guest Services Coordinator
Our Center for Women & Children in Bloomington is looking for a Christian woman to serve as a part-time Guest Services Coordinator. The open Guest Services Coordinator positions are for awake night staff between the hours of 11:00 p.m – 7:00 a.m. providing support and supervision for the CWC guests and supporting a safe Christ-Centered environment. These positions are part-time weekday positions. One is Monday, Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays and the other is Thursday, Friday and alternating Wednesdays.
