100 Holes for the Homeless

Think you’ve got what it takes to play 100 holes of golf in a single day? Let’s find out!
100 Holes for the Homeless is no ordinary golf outing—it’s a powerful way to make a difference for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. This unique event supports Wheeler Mission, and instead of a traditional entry fee, participants raise funds to take part.

Our goal this year is bold—we’re aiming to raise $85,000. That amount could help provide life-changing care through our many programs, all of which are offered free of charge to those we serve. Your support through this event helps make that possible.

You can register solo or team up with a partner to take on the challenge together. Not a golfer? No problem—volunteers are essential to making this event a success! From check-in to course support, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

Flex your muscles and your generosity in this team-based competition benefiting Wheeler Mission!

First up? Fundraising. Teams of 10 (5 men and 5 women) kick things off by raising critical funds to support people in our community facing homelessness. This isn’t just prep—it’s the first scored event of the competition! Then, teams put their fitness to the test in a one-day, CrossFit-style showdown at Park Tudor School, battling it out for gym glory.

Not competing? We still need volunteers to help make it all happen—no CrossFit knowledge required! Just bring your time, energy, and heart for service.

Drumstick Dash

Thanksgiving Morning: November 26, 2026

Join us on Thanksgiving morning as we “move our feet so others can eat!”® The Drumstick Dash is a fun and family-friendly 4.3 mile or 2.6 mile run/walk through Broad Ripple Village in Indianapolis—and it’s one of the largest Thanksgiving Day races in the country!

Can’t make it in person? Dash virtually from anywhere! Whether you’re out of town or cozy at home, you can still make a huge impact by participating in the #outtatowndasharound Virtual Dash.

All proceeds benefit Wheeler Mission, helping provide meals, shelter, and life-changing care for people experiencing homelessness in our community.

Bloomington’s Dash 4 Shelter 5K

Saturday, December 5, 2026 – 10:30am, Karst Farm Park

Support your Bloomington, Monroe County, and South Central Indiana neighbors experiencing homelessness this holiday season! Run or walk along Monroe County’s Karst Farm Greenway, including the Greenway’s new extension heading into Bloomington, all while ensuring Wheeler Mission—Bloomington’s guests are lovingly cared for this winter season and beyond. Encourage your family, friends, and colleagues to join you.
