While Wheeler employees take care of others in our community, Wheeler works to take care of our employees so that they can best carry out their roles and missions.  All full-time employees at Wheeler Mission are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, life insurance, employer contributions to a 403(b) retirement plan, and paid sick, vacation, and holiday time off.  Part-time employees are also eligible for paid vacation hours and employer contributions to their 403(b) as part of their employment benefits at Wheeler.
