Restored Creations

The Story of Restored Creations:

Restored Creations is the social enterprise of Wheeler Mission’s Center for Women & Children in Indiana. The process of making candles provides a therapeutic outlet while empowering women to develop and practice transferable skills needed to obtain and maintain gainful employment. The enterprise is run by women who have survived homelessness, addictions, and brokenness. Each handcrafted item tells a story of restoration.

The Story Behind Our Logo:

Logos tell stories of the companies they represent. We longed for our logo to tell the story of Jesus and what he has done for us. Each one of us was caged by the bondage of sin (Romans 3:23). Christ redeemed and restored us through His sacrifice on the Cross which unlocked our cage of sin (Romans 3:24). Like birds in flight, we are free! Our freedom is not for selfish gain, but a calling given to us so that we can love and serve God by serving others (Galatians 5:13).

You can purchase our candles on the 1st floor of Wheeler’s Center for Women & Children (3208 E. Michigan Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46201) Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm.

We are also proud partners with Market Wagon, an online farmer’s market.

If you are in need of hardwood pallets or crates for your logistics needs, look no further! Call us today (812.961.0023) for a free quote!

We are located just north of Bloomington, Indiana on the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center campus. We produce pallets, cut hardwood stock, and perform custom sawing. We also sell sawdust and mulch and provide wood product heat treating services!

Wheeler Mission Pallets & Industry is a program business and social enterprise created specifically to support the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center. Men in our program spend part of each day developing a positive work ethic, while creating revenue to partially offset the costs of running the training programs. Our goal is to provide excellent work training so that men may become productive members of society, living lives pleasing to God and caring for their families–all while providing our customers with superior hardwood pallets and logistical products.

Our company is unique in that our primary product is really changed lives! Along the way, we produce custom pallets to spec for distribution companies used to ship across the nation. We also serve the needs of local companies from our community, meeting their job-specific needs. We produce and meet deadlines with demanding specifications, while restoring men to health and wholeness through the power of Jesus Christ. The work the men do helps ensure that the Wheeler Mission Hunt Training Center will continue to exist to meet the needs of others seeking to be free from a life of addiction.
