Internships
Wheeler does offer a limited amount of internships for undergraduate and graduate studies each Fall, Spring, and Summer semester. Please read information below and pray about working alongside our staff in serving the needy and homeless of Indianapolis. If led to apply, please fill out the application by clicking the Internship Application link below. Send your completed application, as well as syllabus or other internship criteria, to Info@WheelerMission.org.
Once all information is received, if appropriate, it will be processed and sent to the appropriate Wheeler director for further review.
All prospective Wheeler Mission interns must sign and agree with our Statement of Faith.
Internships may be available for social work, addiction recovery, development, and more. For Master’s level social work or addiction recovery internships, we are only able to provide Masters of Social Work (MSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) supervision at this time.
Deadlines: Fall: June 30th / Spring: November 30th / Summer: April 30th
Note: We are no longer accepting program internships for Summer 2021.
